MazlioTerms of Use
1. Operator and Service
The Mazlio app and related services are operated by Štěpán Kameník (an individual), contact stepan@kamest.dev (the “operator”). Mazlio is a pet care app — health records, medications, reminders, a diary, documents and household sharing.
2. Account
- An account is required to use the app. Information you provide at registration must be accurate.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure; do not share access to your account.
- You can delete your account anytime in the app (Settings → Delete account).
3. Mazlio Is Not a Veterinary Service
Mazlio is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment recommendations. All overviews, trends and AI summaries are informational only and do not replace professional care. Always consult a veterinarian about your pet's health; in an emergency, contact an emergency vet clinic.
4. Your Content
- Data, photos and documents you put into the app remain yours. You grant the operator only the technical licence necessary to store, back up, synchronise and display them to you and the household members you share them with.
- You must not upload content that violates the law or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Use
- disrupting the operation or security of the service,
- automated access outside the app's published interface,
- impersonating another person or misusing another account.
6. Paid Features
Some features may become available as a paid subscription. Purchases and subscription management are handled through the App Store and are also governed by Apple's terms. Pricing and the scope of paid features will always be shown before purchase.
7. Availability and Changes to the Service
The service is provided “as is”. We make every effort to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve; we will give reasonable advance notice of any material limitation or discontinuation of the service so you can export your data.
8. Liability
The operator is not liable for harm resulting from decisions made based on information in the app (see Section 3), for data loss caused by circumstances beyond the operator's control, or for lost profits. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Termination
The operator may restrict or terminate an account in case of a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; we will announce material changes in the app or on this website. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept them.
